3 Ways to Use the FieldTest Platform's Newest Features

If you’ve been using FieldTest for a while you already know that our platform offers one of the easiest and most effective ways to build, target, and publish ads online, and we are constantly working to improve our capabilities.

Today we’re proud to announce an important update to the FieldTest platform that will give you full control of your tracking and conversion pixels as well as opening up your data tracking capabilities for full data transparency. This is an exciting update for us and we think it will be exciting for you as well; So without further ado, let’s talk about what’s new in the latest FieldTest platform update!

1: Take full control of your pixels

The FieldTest tracking pixel is the centerpiece of our platform, the small piece of code that allows us to give you acurate reporting of your data in near-real time. In our latest update this becomes even easier to use. Simply click on your “Pixels” page from your campaign dashboard (now in the sidebar) and select from a list of top publisher platforms for easy, automatic, and customized implementation options. Building a new website and switching publisher platforms? No problem! Simply navigate back here and hit “Edit”, then select your new publisher. It’s really that simple.

2: Dive deep into your data

Alongside the new pixel generation feature set are the new 7-Day Lookback window and conversion data windows, also located on your pixels page. These windows give you a full view of your website traffic and a complete breakdown of your conversion data, giving you a birds eye view of your site’s performance for new levels of data transparency.

Your 7-Day Lookback window will show you all of your website traffic, allowing you to compare your total hits to those driven by your FieldTest campaigns. This will give you an idea of what is working and how your FieldTest campaigns are contributuing to your overall traffic. The data in this window can also be used as an evergreen indicator of your pixel’s implementation: If you are seeing traffic it is working. If you are not seeing traffic, there is likely an issue in implementation.

Likewise, your conversion data window gives you a never before seen look into your full conversion story allowing you to mae informed decisions in your future marketing initiatives. From date to landing page to order ID to basket size, all of your FieldTest-driven conversion data can be found here for a full report of your marketing effectiveness.

Together you have a full picture of the effectiveness of your website and your marketing campaigns, all from one easy-to-use dashboard.

3: Export your reports for even more transparency

The access to your data doesn’t end on the FieldTest platform, however. With the new “Export Report” feature, you are now able to export your campaign data into easy-to-manage CSV files, for internal analysis and record-keeping. Now, a full campaign report is just a few clicks away.

With this full access to your entire data story you are free to make the most informed decisions possible about the future of your marketing spend.
